Terms and conditions

These Rules for using the website www.novatiko.com (hereinafter referred to as the Rules and the Website) are concluded between the visitor to the website (hereinafter referred to as the User) and the Company and regulate the methods of using the Company’s Website, all information that is available on the Website, all products and services that the Company provides through the Website (hereinafter referred to as the Services).

General Provisions

  1. By using the Site or any part thereof, the User automatically gives full and unconditional consent to all the terms of the Company Rules and undertakes obligations in accordance with these Rules.
  2. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Rules (in whole or in part), he/she should immediately leave the Site. Use of the Site, any information on the Site and use of the Site Services in such a case are prohibited.

Rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Parties

  1. The User undertakes to use the Site solely for purposes that do not contradict the Company’s Privacy Policy, these Rules, other Company Policies, the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova, as well as the principles of reasonableness, good faith and morality.
  2. The User is obliged to indicate and post on the Site reliable information, as well as reliable, complete and up-to-date personal data.

  4. If the User has provided false information about the violation of his rights, he shall bear full responsibility for the damage caused and the costs incurred in connection with this.

7.3 The Company is not responsible for the content of websites, links to which may be present on the Company’s Website, and does not guarantee their availability and correct operation.
